How it works

A cabinet process you can plan around

Here's how we move from your first inquiry and initial estimate to a written quote, contract, and approved cabinet order.

The project sequence

From first details to a clear handoff

  1. 01

    Tell us about your project

Share the location, scope, timing, and what you know so far. We review the details, follow up about gaps, and prepare a free initial estimate when we have enough information.

  2. 02

Work through the layout and selections

Confirm measurements, window locations, cabinet arrangement, style, and finish. We identify whether measuring or design support is needed.

  3. 03

    Review your written quote

Once the layout, cabinet selection, and services are settled, review the written price, cabinet list, included services, delivery responsibilities, and proposed timing. Resolve open questions before approval.

  4. 04

    Approve the order

Review the final selections, scope, and payment terms, then sign the contract so we can place the approved order.

  5. 05

    Coordinate delivery

Agree on receiving arrangements and jobsite readiness. Inspect the shipment and report visible damage or shortages promptly.

  6. 06

    Complete the included cabinet work

We coordinate assembly or installation where quoted, or hand off to your crew where you're handling the work.

When plans change

Keep the next step clear

Contact us when a product issue or site change affects the job. For cabinets that arrive damaged or items missing from the order, we document the issue, arrange the remedy, and cover the associated replacement and delivery costs. We confirm replacement timing case by case. We discuss site changes and any impact on the schedule separately.

What helps us get started

  • Project town and type
  • Approximate cabinet scope
  • Target timing
  • Any measuring, assembly, or installation help needed
  • Drawings or dimensions, if already available

A short project description is enough to begin. It's fine if some decisions are still open.
